Pork chops can be cut into sizes: 3/4 of an inch, 1 inch, or 1 inch, and a 1/4 thickness.
Shoulder roasts can be broken down into 3-4 lb, larger, or left whole.
Whole pork bellies weigh around 6-8 lbs or larger. It can be sliced into fresh-side or turned into bacon upon special request.
Ground pork can be made into 1 lb or 5 lb packs.
The USDA-certified processor that we use can make Italian mixes, breakfast, chorizo, and a german sausage mix made with our ground pork. Breakfast Links are also available! 1 or 5 lb packs.
